For Quick Ship and Made To Order boot exchanges within the US, please reach out to us and we will issue you a UPS Return label.
If you are returning for a refund; boots, belts (return or exchanges), or other accessories, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once a boot ships.
For international orders, we are not able to issue return labels or reimburse cost of return shipments or customs charges. Exchanges are marked as a zero value, so generally there are not added fees to the exchange process. If you are needing to pursue a warranty claim due to a manufacturer defect, please reach out to us for assistance.
